Coating refractory mixes, or generally refractory coatings, are a mixture of powder (usually ≤ 1 mm P.S.D.) raw materials, hydraulic or chemical binders and sometimes refractories industry common additives. These products have a great capability of troweling (their main application method) and also sometimes gunning (with a gunning tool) for their installation.
Depending on the need, coating refractories are used for special and wide purposes. For example, they can be used as induction furnaces coil coatings (being installed on the insulation layer) or as a separator of two other refractory layers; in a way that the two layers can react to temperature changes independently and separately.
Behinnasooz Co.’s coating refractories, having an alumina range of % 50 – 92, are presented in a P.S.D. of 0 – 1 mm; but depending on the customer order, they can be produced and presented in the range of 0 – 3 mm, having the same desired properties. We present you the following products:
